As Technical Director and Props Designer for this production, I worked alongside the scenic designer and director to research, develop, and build this show. Most of the scenic work consisted of soft goods, alongside four 4’×8’ platforms graciously lent to us by a fellow Chicago theatre company. I created plans for the central well fixture, sourced materials, and constructed it as well.

Pictured are some examples of prop development, including thrifted items and handmade props. The sword, a Greek xiphos, was my first project sculpting with EVA foam. I’ve also included a progress photo of one of the fabric archways, as well as an initial mood board for the aesthetics of the show.
